Welcome to the website for the Nursing Curriculum for Emergency Preparedness. These modules were developed using the infrastructure of the competencies for all nurses as set forth by the International Nursing Coalition for Mass Casualty Education (INCMCE - http://www.incmce.org). This coalition is hosted by the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, and is sponsored by the US Department of Health and Human Services. The production efforts for this project were financially supported by two different US funding agencies.
In order to run the modules, there is a minimum PC requirement of a Pentium processor or compatible, 64 Megabytes RAM, Apple Quicktime® Freeware version and Windows 98, 2000, or XP. Adobe Flash® player (freeware) is also required.
